Question by NyeAngel: why are water coolers always by bathrooms?

I just wanted to know because I get real thirsty but i find it so hard to drink from a water cooler by a bathroom (which is where they always are) because my imagination goes beserk. plus it doesn’t help being OCD either. Are the really safe especially on a college campus.
